  • The HIGHR base formula is made of organic plant butters & oils for a balm-like feel and full pigment glide.

    The formula is then blended with clean actives to treat the lip with every wear.  Hyaluronic Filling Microspheres give the lip an immediate volume increase.  Organic Rosehip Oil promotes collagen production and Upcycled Grapeseed Oil repairs and nourishes.
